This page explains how to request deletion of your data related to the LLLock mobile app (available for Android and iOS) and which data is affected. The provider and data controller is Andre Beimler, Sonnenweg 37, 38518 Gifhorn, Germany. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Almost all data the App generates stays on your device only. This includes:
You can delete this local data yourself at any time — via the delete function in the app settings or by uninstalling the App. On uninstall, the operating system (Android or iOS) removes all local app data.
For data that is not stored locally on your device — in particular subscription-related data and support/feedback messages — you can request deletion by email:
Email lllockapp@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion".
Because the App has no user account, we need your order number (Google Play or Apple / App Store) to reliably identify your data. Please include it in your request. For PostHog analytics data, we can delete data only where we can identify the relevant records using the pseudonymous identifier or additional information you provide. We will confirm once the deletion has been carried out.
The in-app data reset resets the local PostHog identity and prevents future analytics events from being linked to the previous local identifier.
For the optional marketing measurement (Meta App Events): you can stop further data being sent to Meta at any time by withdrawing consent in the app settings. To delete data already transmitted to Meta, we will forward your request to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. on request.
Note: billing data that we are required to retain under tax and accounting laws may be kept until the statutory retention periods expire; it is deleted afterwards.
store: false parameter and have disabled API logging. No separate deletion request is therefore needed for this data.
